This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new global leader backed by two industry powerhouses. You'll be part of a high-potential business that combines Kimberly-Clark's iconic brands and commercial excellence with Suzano's industrial and sustainability leadership.

The International Family Care and Professional (IFP)
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analytics Lead
sets the longer-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the current and future RGM analytic capabilities and strategic use cases. This role will build an international vision and strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan to develop a CPG best-in-class RGM & TPX capability via developing core RGM processes, partnering with DTS in the development of a technology roadmap, and managing a global implementation plan.

RGM Strategy & Tooling
: Partner with RGM leaders to deploy best-in-class methodologies and tools across markets and categories, identifying profitable growth opportunities and tracking execution.

Analytics Capability Building
: Lead development and scaling of UDM, automated analytics, and new use cases with DTS and lead markets to enhance core analytical capabilities.

Advanced Analytics & AI
: Collaborate with Global COE to pilot strategic pricing and trade spend optimization solutions, including AI use cases in elasticity and post-event analytics.

Cross-Functional Leadership
: Provide thought leadership in data science, manage product lifecycle with business units, and foster global best practices across RGM, DTS, Finance, and Sales.

Qualifications
In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

* Extensive FMCG Experience: Over 7 years in Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Market Data, Sales, and Category Management across B2C, with desirable B2B exposure.
* Strong Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's in business or finance; MBA and certifications are a plus. Fluent in English.
* Advanced Analytical & Technical Skills: Proven ability to lead RGM analytics strategy using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python; strong project management and data-driven decision-making.
* Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Deep knowledge of pricing and revenue optimization; effective communicator with cross-functional teams across geographies.
