About us

We’re Chic, a boutique creative brand agency with over 10 years of experience crafting campaigns that get people talking. We’re a team of specialist brand builders with deep roots in the fashion, beauty, health and lifestyle industries. We don’t churn out content for content’s sake. We create bold, culturally sharp ideas that cut through the noise. Whether it’s for campaigns, socials, ads, events, influencer work or UGC we build communities and content that matters. We act as an in‑house brand team or a seamless extension of it. We’re here to keep our client’s current audience engaged and help them grow a bigger one.

Role Overview

As Senior Social & Content Manager, you’ll lead the creative and strategic delivery of Chic’s most complex and high‑value social accounts. You’ll shape social‑first strategies, oversee integrated campaigns, and ensure every piece of content ladders back to clear brand and business objectives.

Working closely with clients, you’ll act as the senior day‑to‑day manager for your clients guiding strategy, managing multi‑platform activity, and translating insight into bold, culturally relevant work. Your accounts will often include campaign‑led activity, reactive content, influencer and creator collaborations, and close integration with paid media and digital teams.

You’ll provide creative direction across accounts, maintaining a high standard of output while supporting and mentoring the team around you. This role sits between execution and leadership, designed for someone who can confidently balance creative vision with strategic thinking and client ownership.

Account Management

* Own the day‑to‑day management of multiple senior client accounts, balancing priorities, deliverables, and timelines across brands in a fast‑paced agency environment.
* Physically manage and post content across client social channels, including feeds, stories, reels, and platform‑native formats, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of agreed strategies.
* Implement social strategies directly within platforms, overseeing scheduling, posting, community touchpoints, and live campaign activity.
* Act as the senior point of contact for allocated accounts, leading client communication, meetings, and campaign discussions with confidence and clarity.
* Manage workload distribution across accounts, ensuring resources are used effectively and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Monitor live performance and audience response, adjusting posting approaches, content mix, or timing where required.
* Manage client feedback, approvals, and amends while maintaining momentum and delivery standards.
* Ensure all activity aligns with agreed strategy, brand guidelines, platform best practice, and commercial objectives.
* Maintain strong, trusted client relationships through proactive communication, strategic thinking, and consistent hands‑on delivery.
* Lead social‑first strategy for senior accounts, translating brand and business objectives into actionable plans.
* Manage and interpret performance data across platforms, campaigns and content types, going beyond surface‑level metrics to feed into senior team & clients.
* Use insights to proactively adjust strategy, creative direction, content formats, and posting approaches when performance is not meeting objectives.
* Deliver clear, strategic reporting and performance reviews to clients, highlighting insights, learnings, and recommendations.
* Apply a strong understanding of community building and audience behaviour, using this insight to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
* Feed performance learnings back into future planning, campaigns, and creative development across accounts.

Creative Content

* Lead creative content planning and delivery across multiple brands, ensuring content is social‑first, culturally relevant, and platform‑native.
* Take a hands‑on role in shooting and editing social content, maintaining a high standard of visual quality and storytelling.
* Plan and manage social shoots and campaigns end‑to‑end, including budgeting, talent and creator booking, scheduling, logistics and on‑set direction.
* Oversee content creation across the wider team, delegating and managing edits while ensuring consistency and quality across outputs.
* Generate creative ideas for always‑on content, campaigns, and reactive moments, balancing planned and real‑time opportunities.
* Ensure content ladders back to broader campaign and brand strategy, not just individual posts.
* Stay updated on platform best practice, formats, and trends, applying them in a way that is right for each brand and audience.
* Oversee shoots and content production, providing guidance to junior team members and external collaborators.
* Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategies.

Key Skills

* Proven experience (4+ years) managing social media accounts and campaigns for multiple clients.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite) and their audiences.
* Advanced content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
* Extensive knowledge of social analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strategic thinker, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Able to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experienced in client management and confident in presenting strategy and results.
* Ability to mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from senior team members while taking ownership of tasks.
* Comfortable experimenting with trends, new formats, and emerging digital tools.
* Passionate about fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands – with an eye for what’s culturally relevant and visually strong.
* Experience with scheduling tools and basic project management platforms (Asana, Notion, or Toggl).
* Knowledge of paid social, influencer marketing, and UGC content creation.

What we can offer

* Opportunities for continuous growth through regular training workshops and the option to attend development courses.
* Hybrid work model – option to work from home one day each week, extending to two days after probation.
* Regular events and social activities to foster a sense of camaraderie among our team.
* Competitive salary packages to recognise and reward our employees’ dedication and expertise.
* Participation in networking events to expand professional connections and stay informed of industry trends.
* A comprehensive pension scheme to secure our employees' financial futures.
* Day off with pay to celebrate your birthday.
* Holiday spirit with Christmas and New Year office shutdown.

If you're a forward‑thinking social professional with a passion for elevating brands and driving business growth, we invite you to join our team as Senior Social & Content Manager.

Together, we'll create impactful and innovative brand growth and campaigns that make a difference in the market!
