Hybrid role - with the expectation of attending the office 2 x per week.
We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in Nuneaton (or another designated location) for a minimum of 2 days per week, alongside regular supplier visits and travel between our Burton and Nuneaton hubs.

We're looking for an Own Brand Assistant Sourcing Manager to help shape and strengthen our sourcing partnerships, supporting the delivery of science‑backed, high‑quality wellness products for millions of customers worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a collaborative, fast‑moving international team.
The Role
* Support the delivery of sourcing strategies that improve supplier performance, product quality and cost efficiency
* Lead or support tender and supplier selection processes, including RFIs and RFQs
* Build strong supplier relationships and support onboarding in line with Holland & Barrett standards
* Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery and cost KPIs, driving continuous improvement
* Support cost modelling and sourcing analysis to identify efficiencies and value opportunities
* Work closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, Product Integrity and Finance teams to support successful product launches
* Identify supply chain risks and support mitigation planning
* Maintain accurate sourcing data, reporting and dashboards to support decision‑making
The Person
* Experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain roles with supplier management responsibility is essential
* Knowledge of tender processes, supplier negotiations and cost management
* Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisation and project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of procurement systems or sourcing platforms; CIPS qualification or studies would be advantageous
