Lioness Recruitment – Careers Handled with Care. A respected public sector organisation are looking for an experienced IT leader to provide interim cover for nine months. They’re seeking somebody with a solid social housing and IT management background to keep IT on track for a strong future. This role is a mix of remote working with a couple of days per week in the office. This is a 9 month contract and is inside of IR35. Please suggest your day rate on application.
Your key responsibility will be the development of a comprehensive ICT & Digital roadmap and ensuring it's aligned with the organisation's business strategy. You will also take overall responsibility of ICT across the organisation including Cyber Security, IT Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
Essential experience:
* Senior level IT Management with a Social Housing organisation
* Implementing new systems and large projects
* Digital & IT transformation programmes
* Cyber Security
* Managing technical infrastructure and information system platforms within a busy commercial environment
* Leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing opinions
* Change management
* A passion for driving IT effectiveness and enabling organisations to achieve their business objectives
* A solution-focused approach as well as commercial and strategic understanding
* Keeps abreast of latest technology and it’s practical applications
