Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

At bambooh we are on the lookout for a Level 3 (or higher) qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our growing family.
About the Role
As a bambooh Nursery Practitioner, you'll be at the heart of our children's journey from 9 months to 4 years. With your creativity, care, and expertise, you'll help little ones feel safe, confident, and excited to explore the world around them.
Every day is different – one moment you'll be leading an inspiring activity, the next you'll be sharing giggles in the garden or helping a child master a brand-new skill.
What We're Looking For
* Full & Relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years
* Experience working in nursery/early years settings
* A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* Warmth, positivity, and excellent communication skills
* A true team player who loves collaboration and creativity
* Confidence to plan and deliver playful, meaningful learning
Essential Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check
* Paediatric First Aid
* Strong safeguarding knowledge
* EYFS champion
* Reliability and commitment to high-quality childcare
