Key Responsibilities
* Lead and define the creative vision across all channels
* Oversee campaigns, content, digital, events and editorial output
* Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary creative team
* Ensure consistently high standards of creative excellence
* Translate strategy into compelling, audience-focused creative
* Develop ideas that engage and grow diverse audiences
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in creative leadership and design direction
* Proven ability to translate strategy into high-quality creative work
* Deep understanding of culture, media and audience behaviour
* Experience leading and developing creative teams
* Ability to connect brand, storytelling and cultural relevance
Salary & Benefits
* £65-70k (DOE)
