An established and forward‑thinking IT services provider based in Leeds is looking for a talented 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, problem‑solving, and delivering excellent customer support.
The Role:
You’ll be providing hands‑on technical support to a wide range of clients, resolving IT issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a great customer experience. The position covers both 1st and 2nd line responsibilities, offering plenty of scope to learn and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general networking setups
* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where needed
* Deliver a high standard of service and communication to all users
About You:
* Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP background
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
* A proactive, customer‑focused approach to work
