We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to step into a leadership role as our Head of Education at Teach Match — an ambitious and growing education recruitment company.

What you'll do:
Lead and grow our education recruitment offering
Manage key client relationships and drive new business
Mentor junior consultants and shape the team’s success
Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure top-tier placements
Use data, insight, and market knowledge to stay ahead of trends
You’ll need:
Proven success in education recruitment or a similar sector
Confidence managing key accounts and winning new business
A leadership mindset – able to inspire and grow a team
Strategic thinking and a passion for results
Driving licence required
