What you’ll be doing
* Advising clients on property and affairs deputyships
* Acting as a professional deputy where needed
* Managing personal injury trusts and awards
* Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team development
* Driving growth and development of the Court of Protection service
About you
* Qualified solicitor with strong Court of Protection experience
* Comfortable in a senior advisory and oversight role
* Knowledgeable on property and affairs deputyship, personal injury trusts, statutory Wills and disputes
* Experienced in managing teams and mentoring others
* Proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused
