About the Role
The Care Assistant will be responsible for the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents. Responsibilities include personal care activities such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, supporting general activities within the home, and providing compassionate, dignity‑maintaining care. The role also requires safeguarding awareness, recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect, completing safeguarding training, seeking advice and reporting concerns if necessary.
