As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in delivering sales growth by developing both new and existing business within a defined geographical area. You'll build strong, trusting relationships with customers and colleagues, adopt a consultative approach to sales, and balance the demands of prospecting and relationship enhancement. Engage in marketing activities to increase product awareness and commit to ongoing learning, technical and non-technical, to ensure you are well-equipped to solve our customers' industrial control and automation challenges.

Business Development Executive Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial distribution market
* Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to communicate effectively
* Customer-centric mindset with a talent for identifying challenges and solutions
* Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently
