Overview
The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Receptionist to join our reception team on a part-time, permanent basis. You will have excellent customer service skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the receptions.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the reception.
* Be organised, professional and committed; assist in providing a high standard, quality clinical reception service.
* Communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.
* Be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages and possess a good telephone manner.
* Have knowledge of relevant customer service procedures applicable to this role.
* Work as a team player with very strong communication skills.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisation skills; ability to work on your own or as part of the admin team.
* Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills.
Hours and scheduling
* Role includes evening and weekend work with early starts of 7am and late finishes of 9pm.
