Overview
Supported Living Manager. As a Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our supported living services. You will ensure that high-quality care is provided to our residents in a person-centered and holistic manner. Your role will involve:
* Leading, managing, and developing a team of support staff.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Overseeing care plans and risk assessments to meet the individual needs of each resident.
* Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
* Managing budgets and resources efficiently.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that respects diversity and individual choice.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Management:
o Provide strong leadership to your team, ensuring staff are well-supported and motivated.
o Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and training sessions.
* Quality Assurance:
o Maintain high standards of care, ensuring services comply with CQC regulations and other relevant frameworks.
* Person-Centered Care:
o Develop and implement personalized care plans that reflect the individual needs, preferences, and goals of each resident.
* Communication:
o Foster effective communication within the team, with residents, families, and external professionals.
* Safeguarding:
o Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, implementing safeguarding policies and procedures effectively.
* Financial Management:
o Oversee the financial aspects of the service, including budgeting, invoicing, and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Essential:
o A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within social care.
o A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care. Strong leadership and management skills.
o Excellent understanding of autism, mental health issues, and learning disabilities.
o Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
* Desirable:
o Previous experience in a supported living environment.
o Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
o Experience in staff training and development.

About the Role
Works across two service as a supported living manager. Supported living has four sites and the person is expected to work at the above named services.
Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Behaviors that challenge, Dementia and moving and assisting, Epilepsy and Mental Health.
Total of eight single occupancy flats in two buildings, mixed male & female individuals.

* Management experiences.
* Good understanding of adults with learning disabilities.
* Good values.
