Global Graduate Program - Marketing

We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program – designed to fast‑track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.


About The Program

Our Global Graduate Program is a three‑year path consisting of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Commerce. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18 months working in a role within your home operating company in the United Kingdom.

* Marketing Graduate based in London.
* Rotation 1: Foundation in HEINEKEN operating company – gain a solid foundation and understanding of operations, strategy, and culture.
* Rotation 2: Cross‑functional assignment in London – broaden perspective and understanding of different business areas.
* Rotation 3: International assignment – enhance global mindset and cultural adaptability.
* Landing Role: Management position within your country of application.

As a Global Graduate in Marketing, you’ll work alongside our talented and passionate commercial teams to create impactful strategies that build awareness, inspire loyalty, and encourage consumers to embrace our beer, cider and beyond‑beer innovations.

Eligibility Criteria & Conditions

* Education: minimum Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business Management).
* Experience: no specific previous work experience required; new graduates with up to 2 years post‑graduation.
* Languages: English essential.
* Work Rights: right to work in the country of the program for its duration.
* Travel Flexibility: fully globally mobile.


Your Future at HEINEKEN

Upon successful completion, you will transition into a management role in your home country or one of our global operating companies. Your learning journey continues through ongoing leadership development programs.


How to Apply & Selection Process

* Application Submission: Upload CV and cover letter via portal (Nov 24 – Dec 8 2025). Cover letter is required.
* Online Assessments: Situational behaviour and cognitive tests (Dec 19 – Jan 2 2026).
* Interviews: Two interviews around Jan 12 – 24 2026.
* Assessment Centre: In‑person on Feb 11 2026.
