Service Designer
Immediate start
23 month FTC
Location: Central London, hybrid and flexible. Please note this is not a fully remote position
Join a UK government-funded, independent body that provides free legal advice to leaseholders in England and Wales. As part of an exciting digital transformation, we’re looking for a hands-on Senior Service Designer to lead the design and improvement of services across digital, phone, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Design end-to-end services across digital and non-digital touchpoints
* Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
* Plan and conduct user research
* Align service and UX design with business strategy, including AI and automation integration
* Translate complex stakeholder needs into practical service improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Familiarity with GDS service design principles or similar frameworks
* Strong grasp of user-centered and inclusive design practices
* Any frontend development experience is a bonus
* Experience in working in a small - mid size company
