Are you a dynamic Senior Account Executive with experience in consumer PR and influencer campaigns? Collaborate with experts across PR, social, influencer marketing, digital, content, and creative disciplines.


Integrated Senior Account Executive Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver integrated consumer campaigns across earned media and influencer marketing, from concept to activation and evaluation.
2. Lead day-to-day client work, building trusted relationships and ensuring high-quality output.
3. Develop campaign plans and contribute to influencer strategies, including talent identification, negotiations, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
4. Create press materials, manage sell-ins, and contribute to media relations, ambassador activations, and launch events.
5. Monitor campaign KPIs, oversee reporting, and communicate updates to clients effectively.
6. Collaborate with internal teams across digital, production, and planning for integrated campaign execution.
7. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
8. Support new business development through proposals, pitches, and agency marketing initiatives.


Integrated Senior Account Executive Key Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PR agency, with success in consumer and influencer-led campaigns.
2. Confidence working with influencers, with a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and talent management best practices.
3. Broad knowledge of the UK media environment and strategies to achieve earned media results.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch, present, and liaise effectively with clients and media.
5. Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Digital savvy, understanding the evolving role of social media in consumer behavior.
7. Collaborative, energetic, and committed to delivering meaningful impact for clients beyond just media coverage.
8. A positive team player who thrives in a creative and agile environment.
