About the Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Partner with a specific focus on Talent Acquisition to work closely with the Head of People. You will bring marketing expertise to attract high-caliber talent and partner with managers to support strategies for attracting, hiring, and onboarding new employees during a period of change. You will also play a key role in promoting diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
* Utilize website and social media platforms to share information about the organization, highlighting work-life balance, events, and employee experiences.
* Partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies and oversee candidate care.
* Ensure job advertisements reflect the company's culture and commitment to inclusion.
* Support new hires post-interview, facilitate their integration, and ensure access to necessary resources.
* Lead onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
* Manage the UK visa sponsorship system, tracking expiry dates for visa-dependent employees.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with external providers and finance.
* Optimize job listings to attract qualified candidates aligned with company culture.
* Manage hiring processes across the organization.
* Conduct analytical job evaluations and coordinate with external consultants when needed.
Required Skills
Experience with ITrent and Higher Education is essential.
