Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of grants linked to construction, housing, or property projects
* Monitor grant compliance, spend, and milestones against funding agreements
* Prepare and submit funding applications, claims, and progress reports
* Liaise with surveyors, project managers, contractors, and finance teams
* Maintain accurate grant records, forecasts, and audit trails
* Support capital programmes, regeneration works, retrofit, or sustainability projects
* Ensure funding conditions and deadlines are met
* Assist with funding strategy and identification of new funding opportunities
