Your future duties and responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and support technology-enabled transformation programmes, working closely with clients to define strategy, shape business cases, and ensure successful delivery of change initiatives. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders and operational teams, translating complex challenges into actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value. You will play a key role in driving strategic realisation, combining business insight with digital expertise to guide organisations through transformation journeys. Working within a collaborative environment, you will contribute to innovation, support continuous improvement, and help build trusted client relationships while taking ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes. Lead & Deliver: Drive technology-led transformation initiatives from strategy through to implementation Shape & Advise: Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps Engage & Influence: Work with C-suite leaders and operational teams to align vision and execution Design & Improve: Support digital architecture and process optimisation to enable effective change Grow & Contribute: Support business development and strengthen client relationships Collaborate & Share: Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement Required qualifications to be successful in this role: To succeed, you will bring a strong consulting background with experience delivering technology-driven transformation and strategic change. You will be confident engaging senior stakeholders, developing business cases, and translating strategy into actionable outcomes.
