We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our rotation across the Cornish Health Community. The position is entry-level, working the equivalent of 37.5 hours per week as part of the Occupational Therapy Band 5 rotation scheme, spanning multiple health settings and areas of practice.
Main duties of the job
To provide a high standard Occupational Therapy service to patients within each area.
To provide assessment, treatment, and goal setting of patients within each area.
Some patients may have complex and/or chronic presentations.
To determine clinical diagnosis and Occupational Therapy treatment indicated.
To maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
Flexible 7‑day working with commitment to the weekend rota.

Qualifications
* Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
* HCPC registered/Pending
* Membership of the College of Occupational Therapy.
Experience
* Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team, an understanding of their roles and respect for the other professionals within the team.
* Experience of working in a team of people.
* Experience working in an NHS setting in the following clinical areas: Trauma & Orthopaedics, Medical, Respiratory, Neurology, Mental Health
Skills
* Up-to-date clinical skills. Entry level assessment skills.
* Good understanding of roles with Multidisciplinary Team.
* Evidence of clinical audit/research activity
* Presentation Skills
