Join us as an Engineering Administrative Assistant at our TrainCare Centre!
Are you organized and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our engineering admin team at the TrainCare Centre (TCC). In this role, you'll provide vital administrative support, manage key documentation, and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. You'll be a main point of contact for employees, handling issues like sickness, payroll queries, and rosters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records, asset management, and archiving
* Support managers and teams with administrative tasks, including minute-taking and issuing letters
* Manage time systems and assist with medical referrals, payroll, and sickness tracking
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
* Adapt to operational needs and support team members as required
Ideal Candidate:
* Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
* Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy of information
* Confident communicator, positive and collaborative attitude
* IT-savvy, experienced in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems
