Are you a recent or soon-to-be Food Science or related graduate looking to kickstart your career in the food industry?
A leading fresh food manufacturer in Northern Ireland is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Technical team. This is a hands-on role with real development potential, working within a business that supplies to major UK retailers and prioritises quality, sustainability, and innovation.
? What you’ll do:
* Support the Technical/Quality function across factory operations
* Assist in monitoring and maintaining food safety and quality standards
* Carry out traceability exercises, internal audits, and investigations
* Work with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes
* Gain exposure to BRC audits, retailer standards, and customer interactions
? What we’re looking for:
* A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agri-Food or a related field
* A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for food safety and quality
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
This role would suit someone local to the Dungannon area or open to relocating for their first technical role in industry.
