Location: South Coast
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 DOE
Job Overview
HVAC Engineer required on the South Coast for a leading HVAC company with 6 regional offices and 20 years of growth. The company provides turnkey solutions for installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair on a range of HVAC equipment. Clients include David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison, and more.
Salary & Benefits
* Basic Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 DOE
* Company van – optional personal use of vehicle
* Profit share scheme after 12 months of service – up to £3,600 tax free
* Overtime paid at 1.5x
* 40‑hour working week; travel paid after 30 minutes each way
* On‑call allowance (£1,200 guaranteed)
* Pension scheme
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increase to 25 days after 5 years, 30 days after 10 years)

Job Requirements
* Apprenticeship in the air‑conditioning industry (not essential)
* Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
* 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F‑Gas)
* Full driving licence
* Experience with service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment
* Resident in the Southampton/Portsmouth area
