Fully on-site role (5 days per week in the London office)
The role:
* Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
* Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
* Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
* Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department.
* Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.
Requirements
* England & Wales qualified solicitor
* Background in property law (residential and/or commercial)
