Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Nights
Salary: £47,000 - £49,000 per annum
Hours: Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday, 6.00pm - 6.30am / Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday, 6.00pm - 6.30am
Location: Commutable from Stockport, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Wilmslow, Stretford and surrounding areas

A heavy plant manufacturing company who offer challenging and rewarding careers to Engineers and are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to be part of an established, loyal and successful team. This position is a nights role and the company also offers opportunities to take on further training and complete qualifications as you grow and progress in the role and company.
Responsibilities
* Reporting into the Maintenance Team Leader and Engineering Manager, your role will include:
* Supportive maintenance across a good and interesting mix of equipment and machinery.
* 75% of your work is planned preventative, project and continuous improvement work. 25% is reactive, attending to and resolving breakdowns.
* Working across a range of work including belts, bearings, motors, sensors, gears, relays, PLCs, pumps, drives, 3 phase, chains, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
* Help support continuous improvements to machinery, planned shutdowns
* You will be given a company mobile phone to access a maintenance system app, used to help you access outstanding jobs, pass on information such as completed jobs, troubles encountered and uploading/downloading diagrams.
Requirements
* Apprentice-trained in a multi-skilled engineering discipline OR time served as a multi-skilled engineer
* Strong knowledge of maintenance experience and diagnostics of hydraulic / pneumatic / electrical control systems
* NVQ 3 or equivalent
* Experienced Multi Skilled Engineer, electrical and mechanical, within an industrial and/or manufacturing environment
* Proactive work attitude and keen to get stuck in
* Friendly and adaptable working attitude
