Stick care Agency is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care business based in Barking. As a Care Coordinator, your role is to assist the Registered Manager with organising the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring policies, training, supervision, and guidance are followed, supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives, and ensuring quality is paramount.
Responsibilities
* Support carers in the field
* Build good relationships with clients
* Basic office administration
* Organise weekly rota for the carers
* Conduct regular spot checks on the field
* Maintain office files, carers files, client files, and home folders
* Carry out client assessments with the Registered Manager
* Organise meetings with management
Requirements
* Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification or higher
* Relevant experience in the field of caring
* Willingness to participate in the on‑call rota
* Residing in surrounding areas
