They are now seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 12-Month Fixed Term contract and provide support to their wider HR and Talent Acquisition functions.
Description
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews.
* Provide advice and support to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organisational policies.
* Develop and maintain job descriptions and person specifications.
* Collaborate with the HR team to enhance candidate experiences.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
* Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Profile
* Proven experience in recruitment and human resources within the education sector is beneficial but not essential.
* Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Desired Skills and Experience
Essential
* Proven experience working in an in‑house recruitment or recruitment advisory role, or within a recruitment consultancy environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice in recruitment and selection.
* Demonstrable experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, including advertising strategy, shortlisting, interview support and onboarding.
* Confidence advising and influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders on recruitment processes and decisions.
* Hands‑on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); candidates should detail systems used.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and competing priorities.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear written guidance and engage stakeholders verbally.
* Level 5 CIPD qualification (or a willingness to work towards completion).
Desirable
* Experience working within a HR department or complex organisation (e.g. higher education, public sector or healthcare).
* Exposure to job evaluation frameworks (e.g. HERA).
* Experience issuing Certificates of Sponsorship and/or working knowledge of UKVI Skilled Worker regulations.
* Experience supervising or supporting junior colleagues within a recruitment or HR team.
