Salary: Up to £110k

This role will play a critical part in defining the user experience, bringing together AI-driven knowledge discovery, intelligent workflows and seamless collaboration within a secure, scalable ecosystem.
The Role:
* Own and lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap from discovery through to delivery
* Work closely with founders, engineering, design and clients to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful product outcomes
* Apply strong design thinking principles to problem-solving, ensuring solutions are user-centric, intuitive and grounded in research
* Drive prioritisation and decision-making across complex product initiatives
* Embed best practice product management processes while remaining pragmatic in a scale-up environment
* Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user value through emerging technologies, including AI
* Act as a key voice in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the platform
Requirements:
* 6+ years’ experience in Product Management, with proven experience leading complex digital products
* Strong understanding of design thinking, UX principles and how to collaborate effectively with Product Designers
* Background in start-up or scale-up environments, comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity
* Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at senior level
* A growth mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
