Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
* Visit sites and go out with drivers to capture authentic video and photo content
* Develop visual content that showcases our work, equipment, and team in action
* Social Media & Branding:
* Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Design branded marketing materials, posts, and short videos
* Write captions and post updates that reflect our voice and values
* Marketing Strategy & Execution:
* Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and ways to grow the brand
* Support the development of a consistent look and feel across all platforms
* Monitor engagement and suggest adjustments to improve performance
* Consistent engagement across all platforms (to get the brand out there)
* Design & Digital Assets:
* Create basic graphics, branded templates, and short video edits
* Help maintain a small media library of photo and video assets
* Other Duties:
* Assist with printed marketing materials when needed (flyers, signage, etc.)
* Occasionally assist in events or customer engagement activities
Requirements:
* Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or branding (ideally in construction, trade, or similar industries)
* Confident using tools and programmes to build branding
* Comfortable with on-site visits, filming, and engaging with our team
* Strong communication skills – written, visual, and verbal
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and creative energy
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
* A driving license is a plus due to the site-based nature of the role
