About the School: This is a specialist Secondary SEMH provision catering to pupils who have experienced challenges in mainstream education. Class sizes are small, with a strong team of teaching assistants and support staff. The school provides a nurturing, trauma-informed environment with a focus on emotional regulation, positive behaviour strategies, and tailored curriculum access. The Role: Deliver engaging English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with some literacy support and functional skills delivery. Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH needs and additional learning challenges (e.g. ADHD, ASD, speech and language difficulties).
