Job Title: Junior CAFM Administrator Location : Head Office - Dartford Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Company Overview: Artic Building Services Ltd is a leading provider in the M&E and Facilities Management sector, serving a diverse portfolio of commercial and public clients. To support continued growth, we are seeking a Junior CAFM Administrator to join our Dartford head office team. This role is key to managing support tickets and contributing to the development of our CAFM software. About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to support the operation of our Computerised Asset Management System (CAFM). While prior CAFM experience is not required, a solid grasp of facilities management and a willingness to learn are essential. Skills Required: Strong organisational and data entry skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and procedures Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to grow Basic understanding of facilities management (preferred) Responsibilities: Task & Diary Coordination: Manage incoming system-related requests and assist in scheduling for the CAFM Systems Manager System Maintenance: Support daily CAFM operations including data entry and record updates Ticket Handling: Process support tickets, provide updates, and escalate issues when necessary Asset Management: Ensure asset data is accurate and current Reporting: Generate reports for management as required Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in scoping sessions and liaise with internal teams to gather requirements System Knowledge: Develop and maintain understanding of CAFM functionalities Training : Engage in professional development to enhance CAFM and FM knowledge.
