Role:
* You will play a pivotal role in the support of the live service encompassing Oracle Fusion applications
* Oversee the transition to go-live, oversee and agree the acceptance into service process
* Lead on the service operating model creation, leading a team of onshore and offshore resources
* Manage service reporting requirements and ITIL process adherence
* Ensure the successful delivery of the client managed service
Encompassing:
* Stakeholder Management
* Governance and Service Reporting
* Risk Management and Issue/ Problem Resolution
Essential Technical Skills
* Strong experience as an Oracle Service Delivery Manager
* Public sector / NHS or similarly complex regulated environments
* Strong understanding of Release Management, Change Management, Environment Management, Configuration and Cost Management
* Must have led a large service team in a complex public sector engagement
