If you have a technical background and enjoy the satisfaction of pleasing customers after a job well done, this may be the job for you! Experience Required the primary job role is workshop based working on customer vehicles and carrying out repairs.
It is an advantage if you already have knowledge of the motorhome/caravan market, but this is not critical.

Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised Type of Work/duties Working with wood and composite materials to effect repairs Working to pre-prepared estimates in line with timescales Working as part of a team, helping others to achieve the same This individual needs to be driven, self-motivated with an enquiring and technical mind.
Leisure vehicle(caravan/motorhome) experience is preferred but this individual will need to have been involved in working with wood/grp/composite materials in the past.
A basic understanding of 12v and electrics will be required.
Training will be given however the basics need to be covered.
Above all, the correct candidate for this role will possess a 'can do' attitude and an enthusiasm to develop the position further as time progresses and bring their own ideas to assist in this achievement.
Main duties will include, working within a workshop environment, carrying out refurbishing the interiors and exteriors of caravans and Motorhomes, using woodwork skills to cut and fit boards in place. xxuwjjq
