* Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 (Actual annual salary)
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Term Time Only)
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
* Location: St Ives, Cambridge
Your Role on the Team
As a vital member of our multidisciplinary squad, you will bridge the gap between curriculum and connection. You will:
* Foster Independence: Provide tailored support for students with ASD and high-anxiety profiles.
* Think on Your Feet: Adapt lesson plans in real-time to meet the sensory and emotional needs of your students.
* Champion Positive Behaviour: Use person-centred, trauma-informed approaches to de-escalate and support.
* Collaborate: Partner with teachers and therapists to create a classroom culture where every student feels safe to succeed.
