Job Description:
Our public sector client seeks a Temporary Ongoing Admin Support based in Craigavon. Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5. Rate: £12.31/hour.
Job duties:
* Receive and log medical equipment faults, redirect as appropriate.
* Update and maintain electronic system for archiving equipment service and test reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Use the electronic system to determine equipment due and overdue service, and provide reports to users.
* Maintain electronic filing systems for Service Engineers’ report sheets, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
* Coordinate with Service Engineers, Service Users, and contractors for equipment testing and fault reporting.
* Manage scheduling system for service visits, ensuring timely reminders and compliance with contractual obligations.
* Communicate regularly with Ward Managers, Heads of Department, and Equipment controllers regarding equipment status and breaches in service dates.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 year’s experience in a clerical/administrative role OR 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
* Experience in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* OCR/RSA/GCSE Stage 2 Word processing/Typing (Parts 1 and 2) or equivalent qualification, OR a minimum of six months word processing experience.
