HR Advisor – 12 Month FTC Runcorn - £35,000pa ASAP Start We have a new opportunity for an experienced ER Advisor who is either available at short notice or immediately to join a fantastic business based in Runcorn on a 12 Month FTC basis. This role does offer 1 day a week WFH and the opportunity to really progress knowledge and experience. This role requires someone with extensive ER experience and experience working at a fast pace/high volume of case work is involved. Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor: · Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all employee relations matters. · Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. · Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues. · Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies and practices. · Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. · Draft and review documentation such as disciplinary letters, investigation reports, and policy updates. · Support organizational change initiatives with a focus on communication, fairness, and employee engagement. Requirements: · CIPD Qualified (desirable) · 3 years of experience in an employee relations or HR advisory role. · Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
