Permanent: 37.5 hours a week
Location: Hybrid working from our Dearne Valley office - two days in office and 3 days from home.
Shift: working 5 days out of 7 including 1 weekend day - 8am to 8pm
Training: 3 weeks in office working 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Office working will continue until deemed competent and then hybrid will begin.

Job Description:
What will you deliver?
* Supporting with inbound calls
* Delivering a service which makes RSPCA callers feel heard and supported
* Dealing with a range of calls from reports of animal cruelty to rehoming animals
Who are we looking for?
* Compassionate with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* An ability to learn new skills quickly, including adopting new processes and technology
* An ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
* A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different callers
* Ideally, experience working within a customer service environment.
* A quiet space to work on the days you are home based with a strong WIFI connection
