We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to start in a primary school in the Gillingham area.
The ideal HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) will have experience working with children of primary school age and be able to assist and support students with their learning. In particular this HLTA role will focus on the administration and delivery of an EYFS continuous provision. The HLTA will be required to be very proactive and enthusiastic in the role to encourage learning through play.

2. Show a HLTA qualification or relevant experience
3. Support students in the EFS and KS1 phases
4. Assist on school trips and visits as required
5. Demonstrate excellent de-escalation and behaviour management skills
6. Demonstrate outstanding communication and relationship building skills
