Office Manager / Operations Manager – Property Management – Hertfordshire – c£42k
We’re working with an established, independent Residential Block Property Management company who are looking to hire an Office Manager / Operations Manager as follows:
* Working Office based (no home working), Mon-Fri 9-5.30 in Watford
* Coming from a Leasehold Property Management (Blocks) background, either as a Senior Administrator, Executive PA or Office Manager
* Reporting directly to the Managing Director
* Overseeing all aspects of Office Operation from staff management to regulatory compliance and H&S
* Acting as the escalation point for complaints and/or conflict resolution
* Maintaining systems (including the in-house CRM), processes, and general office administration to ensure efficiency for staff, clients, and suppliers
* Ensuring continuity and clarity of external communications, including response times to residents/directors
* Monitoring service levels in line with contractual obligations
* Driving improvements to process where shortfalls are identified
Suitable Office Manager / Operations Manager candidates MUST come from a stable property management background with a proven track record managing compliance, service and process in addition to having thorough understanding of H&S, Fire Risk and related compliance matters. This Office Manager / Operations Manager role is NOT a generalist administration position (i.e. you must understand Leasehold Block Management)
Salary for the successful Office Manager / Operations Manager will start around £42k with uplifts based on performance and tenure
