Otis is growing and we are recruiting an Account Manager to cover Glasgow, Scotland territory and reporting to the Operations Manager. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.
Key responsibilities/activities:
* 40 Meetings with clients per month this is to include new & existing clients
* Upsell current service contracts to achieve significant improved margin
* Stop/reduce cancellations to below 7%
* Regular client review meetings (Teams and Face to face) where contractually obliged and with other customers to enhance relationship and service
* Work with credit contract teams and operational leads to manage disputed debt
* 60 recoveries per annum, with target average billing value of +£1,900 per lift with an annual target of £114K
* Sell 120 x Annual OTIS ONE & Subscriptions.
* Responsible for T result for SBU circa £1M per annum.
