About the apprenticeship
Duties
Register new projects on CRM systems and manage Expression of Interest requests from appointed companies.
Record, maintain and track customer information in the LHC CRM database.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure positive outcomes.
Support event organisation, marketing collateral production, and market research activities.
Assist with diary management, meeting room bookings, and general office coordination.
Deal effectively and professionally with client and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
Maintain electronic filing systems.
Participate in training sessions and workshops as part of the apprenticeship programme (Full training provided by the training provider).
Additional information
• We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our team as an Administration Assistant while completing a Level 3 Administration apprenticeship.
• You will work closely with the Senior Business Co-ordinator and the WPA team, providing support to ensure projects and office operations run smoothly. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.
• This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment

Qualifications
• GCSEs (A*-C / 9-4) including English and Maths
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills
• IT literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Prior experience in customer service or office environment (desirable)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or document management platforms (desirable)
• Positive, proactive, and supportive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance from senior colleagues.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
