Publisher Development Manager
Global Sports Media Network | London | Remote Working
£40,000 to £80,000 + OTE
In the early days, this digital sports media group set out to transform how fans connect with the sports they love. The idea was simple but bold, to give independent publishers, fan communities, and major sports brands the tools, technology, and commercial power to thrive in a fast-changing digital world. Today, their network brings together over 500 sports publishers and delivers more than a billion ad impressions every month, connecting global audiences with the moments and stories that matter most.
Built on collaboration and a deep passion for sport, the company has become a trusted partner to some of the world’s most recognisable sporting names. But what truly defines them is their community-first mindset, a belief that great things happen when creativity, data, and fan energy come together.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, they’re looking for a Publisher Development Manager to help scale their global network and deepen relationships across the sports publishing ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves the intersection of sport, media, and digital innovation and wants to help shape the future of sports publishing on a global stage.
You’ll take ownership of identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships with premium sports publishers, helping them unlock new revenue streams and deliver better audience experiences. From the first conversation to long-term collaboration, you’ll be the driving force behind network expansion, ensuring every publisher feels part of something bigger. You’ll also work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that maximise yield, engagement, and long-term value.
Success in this role will come from a mix of commercial acumen and relationship instinct. You might come from a background in ad tech, publisher development, or digital media sales, with 3–5 years of experience building partnerships in fast-paced environments. A strong understanding of programmatic, a genuine passion for sport, and the confidence to represent a respected media brand in industry circles will set you apart.
This is a place for ambitious self-starters, people who love autonomy but thrive in collaboration, who can balance detail with drive, and who want to see the tangible impact of their work. You’ll join a hybrid, flexible team that values outcomes over hours and ideas over hierarchy.
