Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
In this role, you will:
* Support class teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons across the curriculum
* Work with pupils individually and in small groups to provide personalised academic support
* Assist with classroom organisation, daily routines, and behaviour management
* Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping meet their unique learning and emotional needs
* Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson planning and classroom activities
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
* A graduate (or graduating in 2025) with a minimum 2:1 degree – particularly in Education, Psychology, or related fields
* Passionate about child development and education
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable team player
* Patient and compassionate, with strong communication skills
* Available full-time from September 2025 to July 2026
* Experience with children is beneficial but not essential
