Legal PA - (12-Month FTC)
Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: Up to £37,000
Start: ASAP to cover maternity
Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading law firm to support them with the recruitment of a Legal PA to support a team of partners and fee earners. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering hybrid working.
Key Duties:
* Support fee earners’ financial performance, including client billing and reports
* Maintain CRM systems and assist fee earners with bids/proposals
* Assist in client meetings - note taking and reporting
* Manage all client correspondence - written communication
* Maintain file management processes: identify matters for closure, ensure bills are paid, clear client balances, and archive completed files
* Provide diary management & travel coordination
* Prepare board packs and meeting packs for partners
* Ensure compliance is all up to date and tracked correctly
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong experience of working within the Legal Sector
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly competent in Microsoft Office
Benefits
* Hybrid working: 3 days in Leeds office, 2 days from home
* Monday to Friday - 9 till 5
* Salary up to £37k (Depending on experience) - 25 days holiday
* Pre Approved overtime available
