The Role
As a Support Worker at Ridgemoor, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will develop and facilitate engaging activities, provide personal care, and support the individuals to promote their independence. Your work will be central to ensuring the well-being and happiness of those we care for.
This role is for 28.5 hours per week, working night shifts, including an enhanced rate for hours worked between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
