What youll do Lead internal glazing, glass partition, and fire-rated glass door projects from planning to completion, keeping everything on time and within budget. Youll coordinate work from pre-construction surveys through to installation and handover, making sure standards stay high and everything runs smoothly. Youll work closely with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers, leading site meetings and progress reviews, ensuring the sequencing of work is kept up to date with look aheads and drop lines. Keeping an eye on budgets and costs will sharpen your commercial skills. Youll handle cost estimates, purchase orders, and monitor spending, while managing contractual changes and variations. Quality and compliance will also be under your control. You willinspect materials and workmanship, coordinate snagging and close-out, and make sure everything meets health, safety and environmental standards.
