You will join a cross-functional team with full ownership of our products and codebase, where you will take part in every step of the development process, from ideation to maintenance. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to spearhead the development of our products. You'll be instrumental in the technical direction of projects, from initial concept to final deployment and ongoing maintenance. Your expertise will help guide architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor fellow engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation. About the Growth teams: The Growth teams own our product-led growth implementation at Trustpilot. The teams span the full customer lifecycle: sign-up, onboarding, sales, and retention. Our goal is to provide seamless user flows that bring people into the product and ensure they can get the most out of it from day one. We make data-driven decisions and love experimenting to test our hypotheses. To ensure we deliver products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, our teams collaborate closely with other departments, including product management, data science, data analytics, sales, and customer support. This close collaboration allows us to thoroughly understand customer needs and gather accurate requirements.
