Responsibilities
Team leader responsible for delivering outstanding administrative support and customer service to users, judiciary, and management. Ensures the team’s work is prioritised, organised, and resourced to meet objectives while fostering a positive work environment.
* Contribute to the delivery of operational, performance, and service standard targets.
* Gather and analyse statistical data for management, mediators, and judiciary.
* Monitor and evaluate performance trends, review procedures and work practices.
* Recommend improvements and manage the implementation of new initiatives and legislation.
* Support continuous improvement and change management.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ability to motivate and support a customer‑focused team.
* Experience in an administrative role with strong customer service.
* IT proficiency and capability to learn new technologies and software packages.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
* Experience in managing operational performance and delivering statistical reports.

Hybrid Working
Hybrid working arrangements are available where business need allows, with at least 60% of working time in an office and non‑working days on Fridays not permitted.
