Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys driving change and delivering meaningful business improvements?

Campden BRI are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) based at our Chipping Campden site. This role requires a minimum of three days per week on site. Due to this requirement, you must be within an hours commute of Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, GL55 6LD.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering business improvement projects across the 0–36 month plan. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, and governance.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Leading and managing cross-functional project teams and stakeholders
• Developing clear project scopes, work streams and deliverables
• Creating and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines, including critical paths
• Identifying, managing, and communicating project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Driving delivery with internal teams and external suppliers
• Keeping project sponsors and senior leaders informed, supporting key decision-making
• Ensuring projects follow the Stage-Gate process
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project management ways of working

• Extensive experience in a project management role
• A proven track record of leading multi-functional project teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in evolving or change-driven environments
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong documentation skills and business systems awareness
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
