Apply Now for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Assistant Estimator include:Client Enquiries: Review and manage incoming client enquiriesTender Proposals: Prepare and submit tender proposals within required timescalesSupply Chain Coordination: Support suppliers and subcontractors with project information and requirementsTender Follow-Up: Follow up submitted tenders and maintain clear client communicationPre-Start Meetings: Attend pre-start meetings with clients and internal teamsProject Handovers: Assist with project handovers to Commercial and Operations teamsPortal Administration: Maintain enquiries and records across portals including CEMAR, Bravo and Contracts StatusCustomer Service: Ensure customer service remains at the centre of deliveryTravel: Travel outside of the local area occasionally when requiredCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSESSENTIALCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skillsDriving Licence: Full manual driving licenceIT Skills: Good IT skills with confidence using systems and recordsOrganisation: Strong time management and organisational skillsAttention To Detail: Accurate approach to enquiries, tenders and documentationNumerical Ability: Strong numerical ability with confidence handling figuresDevelopment Mindset: Willingness to learn and develop within the roleDESIRABLESector Knowledge: Knowledge or understanding of the arboriculture, infrastructure or environmental sectorEstimating or Administration: Previous experience in estimating or administrationCareer Interest: Interest in developing a long-term career within estimating and commercial operationsBENEFITSStructured training and supportOpportunity to progress within estimating and commercial operationsSupportive team environmentExposure to a wide range of projects and sectorsHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
